Mail Order Upholstery Service

If you want to take the straightforward route and just order replacement cushions, we recommend our mail order upholstery service. Our cushions come in a variety of sizes, shapes, and colors, and are backed by our promised two-year workmanship warranty for extra protection. Even easier still, these cushions are all attachable to your chair by threaded fasteners, snaps, or Velcro, making installation and removal quick and simple.

Shipping Your Product to Us

Unfortunately, some products don’t allow for third-party replacement parts. That’s okay, though; we can still reupholster and clean them up. Ship your chairs, medical stools, or other furniture to us. With our standard medical and dental chair upholstery option, we upholster all chairs with a lean, smooth, limited seam service. Decorative upholstery buttons, top-stitching, and fabric inserts are eliminated from the seat and backrest areas upon completion. Finally, custom “back to factory”, top-stitching, and memory foam padding are available at additional costs.

Replacement Parts

Need a replacement part for your broken chairs? Get in touch with our team. We’ll work with you to identify the make and model of your equipment, then find the replacement headrest, armrest, backrest, seat, or clear plastic toe-cover you need. The parts we offer are available for many of the leading dental chair manufacturers. We can also do out-of-date equipment, but color matching might be difficult depending on the age of the chair, lighting and color disfiguration, and other issues. To remedy this, we’ll send you samples and color recommendations to get your replacement color as close as possible to your desired color.
